The roman holds a steady editorial weight — wide bowls, sturdy serifs, generous counters — and the italic opens up into long entry strokes and tail flourishes that carry the eye through a phrase. Capitals lean into ornament when the next letter calls for it; lowercase keeps things readable at body size. It reads as something printed on a label glued to a thick glass jar, where the maker had time to draw each letter twice.
