Some names need to behave more like badges than sentences. Vehicle models, robot platforms, paddle series, drive systems, and simulator hardware have to read instantly across a machine, product surface, launch screen, or exhibition wall. A neutral corporate sans can make those names disappear; an extreme techno face can make real engineering look fictional.

Good Times occupies the space between them. Its wide all-caps forms, rounded geometry, and strong horizontal emphasis give short names and alphanumeric model designations a technical identity without sacrificing immediate recognition. The expanded proportions are especially useful when the typography needs to spread across a physical product or panoramic display rather than fill a paragraph.

Electric mobility is a natural fit. Good Times can carry performance EV model names, electric-motorcycle graphics, e-bike frame lettering, battery and drive-system names, charging-platform identities, autonomous shuttle names, and advanced-air-mobility model designations. It works particularly well for trim names, fairing graphics, equipment markings, concept presentations, and vehicle-reveal screens.

Industrial robotics presents a similar naming problem. Autonomous mobile robots, warehouse systems, inspection machines, industrial drones, and automated material-handling equipment often rely on compact model names and technical series designations. Good Times gives robot housings, charging docks, fleet names, demonstration screens, and automation trade-show graphics a distinct engineered character while leaving specifications and interface text to a quieter companion face.

Performance sports equipment is another strong territory, especially where product technology is printed directly on the object. Pickleball paddles, carbon bicycle frames and wheels, performance footwear, helmets, skis, snowboards, and training equipment all carry model names, construction systems, and technology labels. The width of Good Times works particularly well across a pickleball paddle face, bicycle frame, shoe component, or equipment housing, where a short all-caps name can become part of the product design.

Sim racing and simulation hardware extend the same idea into another equipment category. Direct-drive wheelbases, steering wheels, pedal systems, shifters, flight controls, motion platforms, and simulator cockpits are covered in model names and performance tiers. Good Times can handle the identity on the hardware itself, cartons, launch graphics, exhibition displays, and large announcement screens while maintaining a clear connection to real automotive and engineering culture.

Good Times is intentionally all caps, which suits these badge-like roles particularly well. For projects that need a related wide technical style with lowercase for mixed-case names, interface messages, or supporting text, Good Timing provides a separate mixed-case family built for those jobs.
